The controller of personal data of users of the Czas Pracy Kierowcy app (Android and iOS) and the website czaspracykierowcy.pl is Jacek Gradziński.

2. What data we collect

3. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): running your account, storing and syncing your data, providing the PRO version.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): personalised ads and access to location. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app or in your phone settings.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): app security, preventing abuse and replying to your messages.
4. Who processes your data
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf:
- Google (Firebase): sign-in, database and cloud backup.
- Weather service: to fetch the forecast we send it approximate coordinates, without any account data.
- Google (AdMob): ads in the free version. Google's policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Google Play and Apple App Store: app distribution and PRO payments.
- OVHcloud: website and email hosting.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the USA. Such transfers are based on a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as you have an account in the app. After your account is deleted, we remove your data from the cloud within 30 days. Data stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app. We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request.
6. How to delete your account and data
Send an email to kontakt@czaspracykierowcy.pl from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will delete your account and all data stored in the cloud within 30 days and confirm by email. If you have an active PRO subscription, cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store, because deleting your account does not cancel it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify your data,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.
To exercise these rights, email kontakt@czaspracykierowcy.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl), or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
8. Security
Connections to the app and the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Only you can access your data in the cloud, after signing in to your account.
9. Children
The app is intended for professional drivers and is not directed at children under 16.
10. Website czaspracykierowcy.pl
The website does not use cookies or analytics tools. The server (OVHcloud) keeps standard logs, such as IP address and time of visit, for security purposes. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. We will inform you about important changes in the app.
